What sets us apart? We’re not just advisors—we’ve been on the other side of the table. We know how lenders think, their preferred loan structures, policies and what drives them to compete for your business. We help clients position themselves strategically to maximize their ability to secure financing by aligning their financial profile with the lender.
At 247 Capital Advisors, we take lender presentations to the next level. Our packages go beyond a standard broker submission—they are pre-underwritten and structured specifically for credit approvers, covering the key elements found in a lender’s internal approval memo. By presenting deals as a lender would, we proactively identify risks which increases pool of lender interest and response time resulting in issuance of warm term sheets reducing the likelihood of re-trades.
